Winter Trip in Japan (Snow Monkey Park) Part 2, Traditional Japanese Inn
We visited the world famous Snow Monkey Park in December 2017. Please see the part 1 for the information about the park.
We stayed in the traditional Japanese inn (ryokan) SEKIYA near the Snow Monkey Park.
The room was huge with a private onsen bathtub. There also are three private outside (roten) bathtubs in the inn. It was beautiful, clean and good hospitality.
After taking a bath, the dinner was ready in a private dinning room.
Oh My God! The food was so delicious. They served a special non-meat dishes for me because I told them that I cannot eat red meat.
We fell in sleep right after dinner.
Taking a bath in the morning. So luxurious.
After the morning bath, breakfast was ready.
Can you believe it is "breakfast"??
It is small thing but very important hospitality. This towel warmer (heater) dries towels so that you can dry your towel in the room.
Taking another bath before checking out.
The official website of this inn (Japanese Version) is found here.
Please visit Part 3 for the trip advise from Yudanaka to Nagano.
